“Thank you very much for the fantastic donation of the cajon kits”

We’re…

… an association of foster and adoptive families  – and families who want to become one.

We want to…

… help children who cannot live with their biological parents permanently or temporarily for various reasons.

…help families who take these children in, and raise awareness of the problems these children and their families face among the public, law courts and politicians.

Donations allow us to offer an extensive range of leisure activities for families, children and young people in addition to our fixed events.

These activities include, for example, afternoons at a riding stable or with donkeys, goats and llamas, experiences in nature, theatre workshops, and creative workshops.

Thanks to the Thomann Foundation, we were able to offer a workshop on cajon construction to our children and young people.

Both manual and social skills were promoted. In a playful way, the joy of creative design was awakened, self-esteem and self-confidence were strengthened, and everyone could be proud of their self-made instrument. A musical piece was rehearsed and “drummed” with great pride for those present at the feast of St. Nicholas celebration.

With these offerings, we give the children and young people and their families the opportunity to get to know each other and exchange ideas. Friendships are formed, experiences are exchanged. They serve to provide psychosocial relief for foster and adoptive families.

A wise man once said:

Three things have remained with us from paradise:
“Stars, flowers and children”
